This entertainment and gaming company just completed a merger that will look to provide technology driven consumer engagement that ensures the delivery and authentication of products, produce, pharmaceuticals and perishable goods for all retail stakeholders and consumers.

The %WorldPokerStore ($WPKS) has announced the completed merger with Genuine Marketing Group Inc., a Minnesota corporation. Per the company’s press release, GMG is wholly-owned subsidiary and the company name is Genuine Marketing Group.

Genuine Marketing Group is a retail and consumer focused marketing company that creates brand affinity and builds consumer confidence through its proprietary authentication system, ZPtag. Management will remain the same and the company also completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split.

Shares of the common stock are to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on today under its new CUSIP number, the trading symbol is expected to change to WPKSD for a period of 20 business days, and then will become GMGZ.
